53% Alumia Mouldable with a very high strength, excellent temperature rating and a very low drying and firing shrinkage.
Typical applications: Furnace repairs, boiler arches, reheat furnaces, burner ports.
Ready for use, MOULDABLE 'D' can be pounded into position with a hammer, to repair existing brick or monolithic lining. It is important to key into existing surface to give adequate support. MOULDABLE 'D' should be well vented. An anchor support system should be used when installing difficult areas.
